FAQ
How long until I receive my photos?
Turnaround time is usually 1-2 weeks after your session. If you need them sooner, let me know and I'll see what I can do.
What if it rains or the weather is bad?
We'll keep an eye on the forecast leading up to your session. If the weather turns out to be unworkable, I'm happy to reschedule at no extra cost.
Do you travel outside of Salem?
Yes! I'm happy to travel for your session. Locations more than 30 miles outside of Salem may require a small travel fee. Just send a message and we'll work it out.
Do you deliver RAW or Unedited photos?
No, I don not deliver RAW files. Part of the magic of my work comes through the editing process, where I bring your photos to life with my signature look and feel.
Can I post the photos on social media?
Yes, please do! I love seeing your photos shared. All I ask is that you tag @kristybrownphotography when you post. Please don't add filters or alter the edits-- you hired me for my style, and that's part of your unique experience.
What happens if I'm late?
Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled. If you're late your session time will be shortened out of respect for other bookings. Sessions more than 15 minutes late may be canceled and considered a no-show.
What is your refund policy?
Because I reserve your date and begin preparing well in advance, all payments are non-refundable. If something unexpected comes up, I'm happy to reschedule your session one time at no extra cost.
